By accessing or using MayaGuru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MayaGuru provides AI-powered image generation and editing tools, including but not limited to virtual staging, image enhancement, and background removal. The Service is available through our website and related applications.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content without consent
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Generate content depicting minors inappropriately
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant MayaGuru a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated outputs created using your inputs. You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not claim that AI-generated content is human-created in contexts where such distinction matters (e.g., art competitions).

6. Pricing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Credits included in your plan do not roll over to the next billing period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your account will revert to the free tier
• Stored data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by MayaGuru and protected by intellectual property laws. The MayaGuru name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of MayaGuru.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key privacy commitments:

• Your photos are never used for AI training
• Images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
• All data is encrypted end-to-end

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAYAGURU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
